I am a wife and mother of two under two, an older girl and a younger baby boy, with a heart for supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. Both of my pregnancies were very different and they reflect that in their opposite ~crazy and calm~ personalities. 

I started out with my Bachelors in Integrated Health Sciences with plans to become a midwife. However, when I got pregnant with my second, my husband and I felt God was calling me to be at home with our babies (still growing according to however many God will bless us with) for the time being. While walking through early motherhood alongside other mom friends, God was working in me to use the passion in my heart to help other mothers as a doula.

I believe it is a beautiful gift that God designed women with the ability to bring life into the world, and I’m honored to walk alongside mothers during this sacred season. My approach is nurturing, grounded in grace, and family-centered, rooted in honest gentle education and compassionate care that honors the physical, emotional, and spiritual journey of each family I serve. At home, I’m inspired by a natural lifestyle—including gardening, baking sourdough, and caring for my growing family—with this I am joyful to bring a calm, intentional presence when working with your family!
