This class is open to the public, you do not have to be a Hands & Feet client to sign up for a private in-home class. We recommend expectant mothers take this course in their 3rd trimester.

I am an experienced and dedicated professional in the field of childbirth and postpartum care. With 15 years of practice as a Certified Labor Doula, I have been a trusted companion and advocate for countless families during this transformative time in their lives.
My expertise extends beyond the doula role, I am also Lamaze certified, having taught Childbirth classes for 15 years at Novant Health greater Charlotte market. My commitment to providing evidence-based instruction on childbirth education has earned recognition as a Lamaze-certified educator, ensuring that my clients receive the gold standard in childbirth education.
I completed a rigorous 500-hour internship in Lactation at Novant Health hospital. This valuable experience has equipt me with the knowledge and skills to offer evidence-based guidance on breastfeeding, enabling me to support new mothers in establishing a successful breastfeeding journey.
With a diverse range of birth experiences under my belt, I have assisted over 1,000 births in various settings including hospitals, home births, and birthing centers. My extensive exposure to different birthing environments allows me to adapt and provide personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each family.
