Q: Do I have to be a client to rent the birth pool?
A: No, you do not have to be a Hands & Feet Birth Services client to rent the birth pool!
Q: When do I pickup / return the birth pool?
A: Your rental pick-up will be arranged for when you reach 38 weeks gestation and will remain with you for 3 weeks.
If you request an earlier pick up, or a later return, a $25/week fee will apply.
We ask that you contact us to arrange return of the pool as soon as possible after your birth so we can pick-up the pool & get it ready for the next expectant family.
Q: What do I need to assemble the birth pool?
A: If choosing the basic package, you will need a white hose to fill & empty your pool. We provide the rest!
Q: What do I need to do before returning the pool?
A: Please make sure the birth pool is in the same condition as received. The disposable liner makes for an easy clean up but we ask that you please wipe down the inside/outside of the pool and floor cover as well.
All items can be placed back inside the rolling bin & set on your porch for an undisturbed pickup. This should include the birth pool, the floor cover, the sump pump, and the air inflator.
Q: How do I rent?
A: Once you submit your rental request on our website, you will receive an email confirmation, contract, and invoice. To reserve your rental, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be due, full payment must be made by or before 36 weeks gestation.
