I’m a proud follower of Jesus Christ, a mom to three energetic kiddos, and a wife to my high school sweetheart. After a long, difficult birth with my first daughter, just two weeks after graduating high school, I felt completely unprepared for the entire birth and postpartum experience. When we were ready to grow our family, I was determined to feel more equipped and quickly became passionate about having an unmedicated birth. Through hours of mental, physical, and spiritual preparation, I was able to have two unmedicated births just 16 months apart. During that journey, the Lord sparked a fire in my heart to support and empower other women during this sacred and transformative time in their lives.

I have never felt more aligned with God’s plan for my life than when I’m helping a mama bring a new baby into the world. I’ve always felt gifted in coaching, educating, and serving, but being able to do so as a doula is beyond anything I could have imagined. It is truly an honor to walk alongside other mamas, offering the love and support they need to meet and exceed their expectations!
