I’m a mama of five, with twins in the mix, and I had all five births naturally: three water births and a land birth with the twins.

I’m incredibly passionate about empowering women and supporting them in making the choices that feel right for their birth. My heart is to advocate for mama’s and walk alongside them with confidence and compassion.

I’m more scrunchy than crunchy—because your girl loves a crispy soda and sweet coffee.

Birth is such a sacred, beautiful space, and it’s always an honor to be invited into it. No matter how baby arrives, women are powerful and deserve to feel supported and empowered throughout.
