We will help you gather knowledge and encourage you during your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. We will remind you of your goals, worth, and values. We know and believe that you are an expert on you. We trust that you will make the best decisions for you and your baby, and we will be there to support you each step of the way. We recognize that you have the power of choice, and we will honor that.

In addition to regular care, continuous one-on-one emotional and physical support provided by a support person, such as a doula, is associated with improved outcomes for women in labor.
